The Swans train in the rain or shine...
Finally, the Swans get to stretch their legs and have a run outdoors. Starting this Tuesday (April 20th) and Thursday (April 22nd) the Swans will say good-bye to the gym.
Every Tuesday from Tuesday April 20th:
Rideau Carleton Raceway (4837 Albion Road)
Start Time: 6pm
Every Thursday from Thursday April 22nd:
NRC (875 Blair Rd)
Start Time: 6pm
Note: there will be no more Wednesday night training at Fielding Drive Public School
