RAY KADUCK - President Ray became president of the Ottawa Swans in late 2007, quickly becoming the driving force behind the clubs achievements since, including, enlisting an entire non-playing Board of Directors, the first of its kind in the OAFL.

Jay Thomson - Secretary As President of Jay Communications Consulting Inc. (JayCom), Jay Thomson provides companies,government departments and non-profit organizations with strategic policy and regulatory advice and services primarily with respect to the Internet, broadcasting and copyright. Mr. Thomson has over 25 years experience in the Canadian communications industry. He obtained his law degree from the University of Victoria and a BA from Acadia University in Nova Scotia. He is currently pursuing a part-time Masters in Laws, specializing in Intellectual Property. Mr. Thomson is currently Chair of the internationally-recognized non-profit digital literacy organization, the Media Awareness Network (www.media-awareness.ca), and was previously Vice Chair of the Canadian Coalition Against Internet Child Exploitation (C-CAICE), an industry representative on the Steering Group for the RCMP's National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre (NCECC) and an industry member of the Senate Committee on the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.
