This years Pony Platter is the 15th consecutive year of holding this event since its inception in 2012 .  It is the premiere pre-season carnival of Australian Rules Football in Canada and is made great by the participation of sister clubs.  In previous years the Swans have hosted Clubs from the United States and across Canada.  This year we welcomed the Central Blues.and the High Park Demons from Toronto, and a representative from the Boston Demons.  The Quebec Saints are our traditional guests at this event and of course our own home teams from the Ottawa Swans.  Its worthy of note that our first Carnival in 2012 highlighted the game between the Quebec Saints and the Ottawa Swans with the Swans winning this first edition.  The Ottawa Swans are proud of the growth of this event and the extension of the sport from a mens game to the creation of a womens+ league in which our team triumphed in last years grand final.
